Laura was super helpful to me in the process of moving from CA to WV. Her knowledge of the area helped me tremendously. She may have even saved this Californian big money by explaining that sometimes plumbing can freeze here in WV and I should probably keep the heat going for the few days before I moved in for real. Her friendliness and charming personality made me feel welcomed to my new home town, and her tenacity and follow-through made her a valuable ally in my home search.

Laura went above and beyond for us to get into our perfect house. She set things up for us that she didn’t have to do, she talk to our lender for us when we didn’t understand something, she was willing to do anything we asked her too. Laura was truly awesome! We literally worked with her for over 18 months until we found the right property. This included a few properties that didn't work out. No pressure from Laura - only good advice and patience. Her knowledge of the area was outstanding and I felt like she was really there for our family - and not just for the quick commission! This is the fourth property we've purchased over the years and it was by far the best experience!

Laura was extremely responsive throughout the entire process and a few times, she worked late into the night with me to adjust to unforeseen issues with the sellers and appraisal. Laura stopped everything she was doing one day to show my wife the property when my wife was nearby from out of state. She absolutely didn’t have to do that but she did and we really appreciate her for that! She also did a phenomenal job helping us understand what can be an extremely confusing process for first time home buyers like myself! Laura helped me get the home I couldn’t live without. My wife and I were in a rather tight spot so getting into this house as quick as possible was a must. I say this from the master bedroom of my new house, I don’t think it could have been done better!
